Security measures against COVID-19

The safety and wellness of our clients, employees as well as co-workers are very important to us.
These are the safety measures that have been implemented on the different hotel areas.


  • Continuous ventilation of common areas.
  • Invitation to disinfect hands before entering.
  • Disinfectant carpets at entrances.
  • Face masks obligation.
  • Hand disinfection dispenser.
  • Distance floor marking (1,5 meters distance) at the places with the largest concentration of people.
  • Recommended use of stairs and in case of use of the elevator is restricted the maximum number of people to 1 person, except families or clients in the same room.


  • Only one signature needed on arrival, in case of use of this options: Online check-in and contactless payment.
  • Methacrylate partition between guest and reception team.
  • Regular disinfection of reception, the partition, room cards, pens…
  • COVID testing (PCR or antigen test) is offered at the hotel. Chargeable service and an appointment is required.


  • Opening times may vary.
  • Food and beverage menu can be viewed online via your device (QR code).
  • Restructured buffet to comply the anti-COVID rules.
  • Clients must wear face mask, except when consuming food or drinks.
  • Reduced table and seat capacity due to applicable spacing rules. (The prescribed minimum distance to side tables is observed)
  • After each client change: disinfection of the table and chairs surfaces and change and disinfection of tableware.


  • Regular disinfecting of high touch elements such as door handles, light switches, handrails on stairs etc.
  • Improved cleaning and disinfection protocols.
  • Access to the rooms of the hotel staff exclusively with mouth-nose protection and disposable gloves.
  • Ventilation of the rooms during and after the cleaning phase.
  • The removal of some items such as bathroom items or blanket. Ask at the reception or cleaning staff.


  • All team are informed about the hygiene guidelines.
  • Internal hygiene officers are in contact with health authorities and implement recommendations.
  • All the team (employees with and without guests contact) are equipped with anti-COVID protective material.

    Our overall stay was perfect It's a beachfront hotel, everything you need is around the area(restaurants, bars, supermarket). They have a great bar at the rooftop, a perfect place to chill out while watching the sunset. I love there breakfast and dinner buffet, lots of food choices.
